Event Registration

One record per person, from sign-up to the door.

Sign artists, crew and guests up once and keep every detail in one place. Build the form to suit the event, confirm by email, and work from a roll that stays current as people join, change their details or drop out.

How it works

  1. Build the form

Pick the fields the event actually needs. Dietary notes for a dinner, instrument and load-in time for a band, nothing else.

  2. Share the link

One link per event, or per ticket type. It works on a phone, and it closes itself when the cap is reached.

  3. Work the list

Everyone who signed up appears on the same roll the door team opens on the night.

A registration is only useful if it reaches the people working the entrance.

What it does

Custom fields per event
Text, choice, date and file fields, ordered how you like, required or optional.
Group and individual sign-up
One person registering a party of eight without filling the form eight times.
Waitlists and capacity caps
Close at the cap, then promote from the waitlist automatically when someone withdraws.
Confirmation email
Sent on submission, with the details entered and a link to amend them.
Amendments without email chains
The registrant edits their own record; the roll updates for everyone.
Export any time
CSV of the current roll, filtered how you need it, for anyone who still wants a spreadsheet.

The list the door actually uses

A registration is only useful if it reaches the people working the entrance. Every sign-up lands on the same roll the check-in screens read from, so there is no export, no re-import, and no version of the list that is an hour out of date.

  • Live roll, shared across every screen
  • Search by any field, not just surname
  • Notes visible to the door team
  • Amendments tracked with a timestamp
